Reporting a problem
To help track down an issue quickly, please include:
- the app version (shown at the very bottom of the screen, e.g.
v2.1.2 (1)); - your phone model and iOS or Android version;
- what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead;
- a screenshot if possible, and for navigation issues, the track log (LOG page → CSV or GPX).
